Access depends on the validity of the user's Google/Microsoft account or initial setting on My Handling.

We only collect the email address provided by Google/Microsoft to connect your profile.

Security: Users are responsible for their Google account security. If your Google/Microsoft account is compromised, your access to our service may also be affected.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, text, graphics, software) is the exclusive property of OPS Horizon, unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

4. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

- Use the service lawfully and in compliance with applicable laws.

- Not attempt to disrupt the site's operation (attacks, injections, etc.).

- Not use automated scripts to interact with the service without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot be held liable for:

Service interruptions due to maintenance.

Malfunctions originating directly from Google/Microsoft services (SSO downtime).

7. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chambéry.
